What is the difference between organic cotton and regular cotton?

Organic cotton is cotton that is grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers in fields that have not been treated with chemicals for more than three years.

[Gentleness to people] It is chemical-free and hypoallergenic to the skin, so it can be used safely by babies. Another feature is the high-quality and comfortable feel that is unique to organic cotton.

[Environmentally friendly] This cultivation method does not use chemicals and is said to reduce greenhouse gases by 46% and water pollution by 98%. It is a cultivation method that contributes to the future environment of our children.

This product can be washed in a regular washing machine, however, as it has not been treated with chemicals, it may shrink or become distorted after washing.

For this reason, we recommend using a washing machine net, setting the washing machine to a gentle cycle, not using a dryer, and shaping the garment and laying it flat to dry in the shade.

When should I wear a romper?

You can wear it anytime. For formal occasions such as the first meal and wedding. For casual occasions such as lunch with friends and everyday wear. It's not too flashy and has a strong presence thanks to its high-quality fabric.

Can you really wear a romper for a whole year?

It is designed to accommodate the average size of the growth curve from 0 to 12 months. In addition, we have had about 30 babies of various ages (the oldest was 1 year and 2 months) try it on in the past, and all of them were able to wear it. However, since there are individual differences in body shape, we cannot guarantee that it will always fit. If the baby grows out of it, you can wear it as a top by lightly tucking the crotch part of the romper into the bottoms.     About the color of the product

    Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds
    We cannot accept cancellations of ordered items after the order has been completed. When placing an order, please carefully check the product details in the product description on the product page.


    Returns and exchanges
    We do not accept returns or exchanges except for cases of initial product defects.
    In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or the product you received is different from the one you ordered, we will exchange the product. Please contact us via the inquiry form within 3 days of receiving the product and we will explain how to proceed.

    Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
    ・If you do not contact us in advance to request a return or exchange ・If more than 4 days have passed since the product arrived ・If you have tried on the product ・If the product tag or accessories are damaged, soiled or missing ・If the product has been used, altered, processed, washed or cleaned ・If the condition of the product when returned is significantly different from when it was delivered (including the packaging, box and accessories)
    ・If the product becomes dirty, scratched, or has an odor (from pets, cigarettes, perfume, cosmetics, etc.) while in the customer's possession.
    -Other cases where the product is deemed to be in a condition that makes it impossible to resell.


    Regarding refunds <br/>The refund method will vary depending on the payment method used at the time of checkout.
    If you paid by credit card, you will need to change the payment amount through your credit card company.
    If the original charge has already been confirmed based on the closing date of your credit card at the time of the refund process, the charge will be debited once and then offset or refunded against the amount used in the following month.
    The refund method and schedule will vary depending on the card company. If you have any questions, please contact your card company. If you paid by bank transfer, we will accept the refund via bank transfer. We will contact you with the bank details etc. once the refund has been confirmed.

    About your order
    Unable to purchase items added to cart <br/>The item will be reserved when you proceed to the order completion screen. Please note that the item will not be reserved when you add it to your cart. For items with limited stock, there is a possibility that they may be sold out before you can complete your order.

    I haven't received an order completion email .<br/>Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that if you use a free email account (Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, etc.), the registration confirmation email may end up in your spam folder.

    Packing with other orders after order confirmation

    Changing your order <br/>We cannot accept changes to your order after it has been confirmed (changes in payment method, size or color), additional orders, cancellations, returns or exchanges for personal reasons, or packaging the order together with another order.


    About Shipping <br/>Items ordered will generally be shipped by mail.


    Expected delivery date <br/>Delivery time varies depending on the delivery area, but it usually takes 7 to 10 days after ordering. Orders received on weekends, national holidays, the year-end and New Year holidays, and other holidays will be shipped from the next business day.
    Please note that shipments may be delayed due to a large number of orders or shipping schedules. Pre-order items take some time to ship. Please check the estimated delivery date on the product details page before placing your order.

    Changing the delivery address <br/>If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us using the inquiry form. We will check the order status and contact you. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address if the product is being prepared for shipment or is in transit.


    Regarding long-term absence or refusal to accept : It is your responsibility to make sure you accept the products we have sent to you.
    In the unlikely event that you are unable to collect your package within the storage period and it is returned to us, we will charge you the shipping company's standard round-trip shipping fee plus packaging materials.
    Please note that if any fees are incurred in connection with the payment, you will be responsible for paying them.
