Rico & Bhamho is a sustainable babywear brand with a unique size adjustment design. The clothes are made in Izumo, Shimane Prefecture, using 100% domestically produced, internationally certified organic fabrics. The designs can be worn to celebrate milestone events, from newborns' discharge from hospital and ceremonial dresses to shrine visits, first meals, and first birthdays.

  • 1. Sustainable Design

    The unique adjustable design allows you to change the shape and wear it for a long time from 0 to 12 months of age. As your child grows, it will accompany many memories, such as anniversaries and short outings. It is also recommended as a baby gift because it can be worn in any season or size.

  • 2. Organic cotton

    100% organic cotton grown without chemicals for over 3 years. Made from domestically produced fabric certified by an international organic organization that meets strict international standards. Not only is it soft and gentle on the skin, it also gets softer and more flexible the more it is washed, making it a breathable material that can be used all year round.

  • 3. Made in Japan

    Sewing organic gauze fabric requires high skill, so it is sewn at a carefully selected factory in Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture. While 98.5% of domestic apparel is imported, we aim for domestic production and domestic consumption. Limited production of only 5 items per day.

How to Adjust

  • Neck Ribbon

    The adjustable neckline is one of the key design features. By adjusting the way it's tied, it can be worn by baby boys. The neckline can be opened wide, making it relatively easy to put on for babies who can't yet sit up.

  • Sleeves

    For newborns, the sleeves are round and rolled up with buttons. From 6 months of age, the sleeves become long and fluffy. In hot weather, you can roll them up to adjust the temperature.

  • Romper Button (crotch)

    The crotch button has two levels of fastening. The small button that you thought was roomy will eventually grow out of size. The design uses plenty of fabric around the buttocks to accommodate growth.
